WSCA Public Safety Communication

The purpose of this convenience, multi-state contract is for the purchase of
Public Safety Communication Equipment and programs as they are needed.
WSCA Public Safety Communication Equipment is available for use by all State
Agencies, Political Subdivisions of: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California,
Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, New
Jersey Transit Corp., New Hampshire, Nevada, Oregon, Oklahoma, Rhode Island,
South Dakota, Utah and Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Qualified
Non-profit Corporations, Materials Management Center, Participating
institutions of Higher Learning (College and Universities, Community and
Technical Colleges).

To obtain a quote or place an order from Icom America, please contact the Government Sales
Administration (GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or
gsa@icomamerica.com for assistance. The
GSA department is open 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Any of
the Government Customer Service Specialists can assist with quotes, order entry
and any other customer service related issue such as returns, order tracking,
etc.

Warranty
The standard manufacturer's warranty on Land Mobile radio, repeaters and
accessories are:

Return Policies

Return authorization number is required on all returns, and all items being
returned must be in new condition. If the equipment being returned is not new, a
restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
