Instruction for Obtaining Quotes/Placing Orders
If a customer needs to obtain a quote or place an order against
Virginia Statewide #VA-060221-ICOM America, please contact the
Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at 425-450-6090 or
governmentsales@icomamerica.com for
assistance. The GSA department is open 7 A.M. through 5 P.M. PST,
Monday through Friday. Any of the Government Customer Service
Specialists can assist with quotes, order entry and any other
customer service related issues such as returns, order tracking,
etc.
Please note that all users (purchasers of two radios)
will be required to have a valid FCC license for all
radios except pagers. Should you have questions or
require assistance regarding FCC licensing, please

The standard manufacturer's warranty on Land Mobile radio and

Return Policies
If the products were purchased directly from Icom America, please
contact the Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at
425-450-6090 or
governmentsales@icomamerica.com for any returns. A return authorization
number is required on all returns, and all items being returned must
be in new condition. If the equipment being returned is not new, a
restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
