New York State Contract
Icom America, Inc, was awarded the Statewide Radio Communications
Equipment contract under Lot 4 (conventional analog radio
infrastructure) and Lot 8 (conventional analog radio and
accessories). The contract is for use by all State Agencies,
Political subdivisions and other authorized by New York State Law
(local governments, public authorities, public school and fire
districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other
nonpublic/nonprofit organizations). All orders and remittances are
to be directed to the Contractor (Icom America) or Authorized Dealer
Location.

Return Policies
If the products were purchased directly from Icom America, please

returns. Return authorization number is required on all returns, and
all items being returned must be in new condition. If the equipment
being returned is not new, a restocking fee of 20% may be
applicable.
