a.m. through 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Any of the
Government Customer Service Specialists can assist with quotes,
order entry and any other customer service related issue such as
returns, order tracking, etc.

Return Policies
If the products were purchased directly from Icom America, please
contact the Government Sales Administration (GSA) department at

governmentsales@icomamerica.com for any returns. Return authorization number
is required on all returns, and all items being returned must be in
the new condition. If the equipment being returned is not new, a
restocking fee of 20% may be applicable.
